Returns Policy

ALL ITEM, NO RETURN or NO REFUND. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL) unless there is an error on our end such as sending a wrong item. 

Please understand this is a vintage clothing, and while I do my best to display/describe them on the product page, there may be other slight damage or small stain on fabric.  Make sure to also check the measurements and conditions before purchasing.

However, if there is anything you would like me to consider in terms of refund or return (e.g. there is a large damage or stain that wasn't on a photo nor description), please Contact Us with your order number and details.

Shipping

We ship worldwide and shipping is FREE. But not every country is listed in our website for eligible delivery.  

If you can’t place an order from your country/region, please contact me.

Our products will be sent from Japan.

I ship via Japan Post with tracking number. I will ship within 2-3 business days (*in rare occasions, some artbooks might require additional 1-2 days).  For customers in USA, it will likely be via DHL or UPS.
